What are active members and inactive members?

Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and can't earn any money until they activate their account.

What happens if I bounce my emails?

If you bounce email from CaspersHiddenGem, the rules are as follows:
1) We'll ignore it. Everyone gets busy sometimes.
2) Once again we will ignore it. But keep in mind that this is your last chance.
3) Your account with CaspersHiddenGem will be deleted and all monies and down lines earned forfeited.

What happens if I click on Cheat/ English Test links?

English test/ Cheat links are sent out randomly. There is no click value. If you click on one of these links, your member ID will be recorded. If you click on one of these links 3 times in a one month time frame, your account will be deleted and any earnings/ downlines forfeited.

I'm not allowed to Search. What happens if I do?

If you are not from a "search friendly" country, you are not allowed to search. If you do, this is considered cheating and your account will be fined 5 cents per search clicked. You will be fined a max. of three times, then your account will be deleted and any earnings/ downlines forfeited.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?

No. We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log in to my account?

Log in at http://www.CaspersHiddenGem.com

How can I cancel my account?

Enter your member area, go to "User Account Info.", scroll down and enter your password in the field marked "Cancel Your Account Here", then all you have to do is click "Delete Your Account?".

How can I cancel receiving your advertisers' emails?

Your membership in our program allows CaspersHiddenGem to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from CaspersHiddenGem without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings.

How can I change my personal information?

Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?

Yes, we welcome all international members. But you must be able to understand English.

Earnings Questions

How much will I earn per email?

Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we can't give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount paid from the advertisers.

How Do I Receive the Misspelled Words Bonus?

If you find a word (or words) within CaspersHiddenGem that is not spelled correctly: (1) You need to email us from the Contact page with the misspelled word, (2) The correct spelling, (3) The page it is on (i.e. -Help, Home, Terms...), (4) And your User I.D. to receive credit. You may only claim credit once a day. You may only claim credit for one word per day. You may only claim credit for spelling mistakes found within the site "CaspersHiddenGem". Your account will not be credited if you have not included all of the above information in your Contact email. Happy hunting!

When can I request payment?

You may request payment after you have earned $10.00. Upgraded Members are paid automatically on (or within reason of) the 1st. of every month.
*note* You must be at least 25% as active as your downline to qualify for cashout.
You must have $2.00 in personal earnings to qualify for cashout.

How can I request payment?

A "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your redeem page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.

When am I paid?

After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.

How am I paid?

Payments are made via PayPal or Money Order ($1.00 fee). Upgraded members will have the choice of eGold (funds permitting) for cashout too.

Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?

You may place a link with your referral url to CaspersHiddenGem on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish. You may not SPAM. Spamming is automatic cause for being deleted from CaspersHiddenGem.

What is my referral link?

Your personal referral link can be found on your "Referral Links" page via your "Member Area".
